GTO Warranty Program
GTO the distributer of Mighty Mule® E-Z Gate® brand of gate openers and accessories includes a limited 18 month warranty on Mighty Mule 500 and Mighty Mule 502 Automatic Gate Openers and a limited 12 month warranty on Mighty Mule 350. GTO PRO AC gate openers carry a 2 year limited warranty. Accessories carry a limited one year warranty.
Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase. Warranty can not be honored without proof of purchase. Please retain these records.
The GTO Warranty program starts from the date of final product sale. In order to return products for warranty or out-of-warranty repairs, please call (800) 543-1236 for a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#). For warranty repair service, proof of purchase will be required. Regrettably, GTO is unable to accept or process shipments sent without an assigned RGA# clearly marked on the outside of the box.
RGA Steps
- Contact the GTO Technical Service Department at (800) 543-1236 for an RGA#.
- Have available for the service technician, the quantity and part numbers for the products to be returned.
- Attach receipts to products to be considered under warranty.
- Pack products to be returned appropriately to prevent damage during shipment back to GTO.
- Clearly mark the RGA# on the outside of the package and return to GTO.
